Gillian Dunn is an Executive and Leadership Coach who helps professionals navigate transition, build confidence, and communicate with clarity. Known for her calm presence and sharp insight, she partners with clients to uncover patterns, remove obstacles, and translate reflection into tangible action.
Her clients — from emerging leaders to C-suite executives at companies including Google, Meta, Salesforce, Cisco, Johnson & Johnson, Stanley Black & Decker, and Boston Beer Company — describe her as easy to talk to, deeply insightful, and a master at keeping them on track. Before becoming a coach, Gillian spent over two decades in consulting and technology, leading change management and communications initiatives across corporate and public sectors. After experiencing a major life transition of her own, she discovered coaching — a transformative experience that became the foundation for her work today.
As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, Gillian blends her background in organizational development, communication strategy, and human behavior to help leaders think clearly, act decisively, and lead authentically. She holds a Master’s in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s from Vanderbilt University.

A lifelong learner and adventurer, Gillian has visited all 50 states, raised $7,000 for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society through a cross-country ski event, appeared on HGTV, and built a successful Etsy business while raising three children. She lives on Long Island, NY, where she continues to inspire others to lead change fearlessly — both at work and in life.
