About Gillian
Transforming uncertainty into confidence
and ambition into action.
The best leaders don't always need more answers. Sometimes they need the right questions.
That's the role I love to play.
I partner with leaders at pivotal moments, whether they're stepping into bigger roles, leading through change, making difficult decisions, or reimagining what's next. Together, we create the clarity, confidence, and momentum to move forward with purpose.
Clients often tell me they leave our conversations feeling lighter, clearer, and more confident than when they arrived. That's because my coaching isn't about giving advice. It's about creating the space to think differently, uncover blind spots, and turn insight into meaningful action.
From emerging leaders to C-suite executives at organizations including Google, Meta, Salesforce, Cisco, Johnson & Johnson, Stanley Black & Decker, and Boston Beer Company, clients describe me as thoughtful, insightful, and a trusted thinking partner who asks the questions that lead to meaningful change. Many have gone on to earn promotions, increase their executive visibility, navigate complex transitions, or make courageous career moves that align with their values.

Before becoming an executive coach, I spent more than 20 years helping organizations navigate change through leadership development, organizational development, communication strategy, and consulting. That experience shaped the way I coach today. My approach is practical, strategic, and grounded in the realities leaders face every day.
As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation, I combine executive coaching with deep expertise in organizational development, leadership facilitation, and learning design. I currently serve as Director of Learning at Leap Academy, where I design and deliver leadership development programs for entrepreneurs and executives. I also partner with organizations to create leadership programs, executive workshops, and coaching engagements that help leaders build the skills and confidence to thrive through change.
I believe leadership development should create lasting behavior change, not just inspiring conversations. Whether I'm coaching one leader or facilitating a room of more than 100 participants, my goal is the same: to help people leave with greater clarity, practical tools, and the confidence to take meaningful action.
Clients often describe me as both a strategist and a mirror. I help leaders uncover blind spots, ask better questions, challenge assumptions, and see possibilities they couldn't see on their own. That combination of reflection and practical action is what transforms insight into lasting growth.
Outside of work, I'm happiest exploring new places, learning something new, or spending time with my family. Curiosity has taken me to all 50 states, onto HGTV, through building a successful Etsy business, and across a cross-country ski event that raised $7,000 for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Each experience has reinforced what I believe about leadership and life: growth happens when we're willing to step outside what's familiar, embrace uncertainty, and take the next courageous step.
