Over my career in tech and consulting, I've coached and trained leaders across global organizations including Cisco, Meta, Salesforce, Google, and Johnson & Johnson. I've designed and delivered everything from single workshops to multi-session leadership programs, and I'm one of a small number of coaches actively integrating AI tools into leadership and career development work. I bring deep expertise in human resources and organizational development, so I understand how organizations actually work, not just how learning is supposed to work in theory.
